Offers no-cost education and career technical training for young adults including:
- Career planning
- Career development
- On-the-job training
- Free education and job training
- Career transition
- Job placement
Offers career technical training in more than 100 career training areas, including:
- Advanced manufacturing
- Transportation
- Hospitality
- Construction
- Healthcare
- Finance and business
Students receive housing/dormitories, nutritious meal options, basic medical care, a living allowance, and career training all at no cost.

Students must be:
- 16 - 24 years old (maximum age limit may be waived if the applicant is a person with a documented disability)
