Coordinators connect individuals to well-child care and screenings for eligible newborns, children and young adults

Description

Preventive care keeps kids healthy! Coordinators at these agencies help individuals know if they are eligible for services and connect them with local clinics and agencies that provide comprehensive well-child exams. These exams include age-appropriate preventive, dental, mental health, and developmental screenings.

A Child and Teen Checkup includes:

Newborns, children and adolescents through the age of 20 who are eligible for Medicaid

No cost to any person under 21 years old who is insured by PrimeWest, Medical Assistance or another publicly funded health plan, like Medica or Blue Plus
