Description
Foster Adopt Minnesota is contracted by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) to support and sustain families who adopt Minnesota children.
Services include:
- Online, searchable database listing children in Minnesota available for adoption
- Adoption and foster care related workshops
- Information and referral for new foster parents
- Therapeutic support and referral for the Minnesota adoption, foster and kinship communities
- Information, resources and referrals regarding post-adoption support in Minnesota
- Information and referral for adopted persons, birth families and adoptive families regarding the search process
