Eligibility

For Delivery:

• Delivery is provided to older adults, age 65+, who are homebound, have mobility issues, and/or lack transportation, who live in Norwood Young America, Hamburg or New Germany.
• Must be home to receive the delivery
• Must live in 55339, 55367, 55368, or 55397 zip codes
