The collaborative plans and coordinates the local service systems serving children and families, including children and youth with mental health needs.

A collaborative does not offer the services, rather it gives families information about services and supports in their area.

Additional Information

The collaborative is a planning partnership of social services, Extension Office, Southeastern Minnesota Community Action Council (SEMCAC), local school districts, public health, parents, mental health and corrections. The collaborative members build the needed prevention and intervention services for the children and families of Fillmore County.
