All children 3-4 years of age are eligible to participate in public school district preschool programs. Some children may qualify to participate for free or at a reduced rate.

School Readiness: Children 3 years of age as of September 1 to kindergarten enrollment who meet one or more of the identified eligibility criteria. Programs have a sliding fee scale. Fees may be waivered for families unable to pay.
Voluntary Prekindergarten: A child who is 4 years of age as of September 1 and who meets one more of the identified eligibility criteria is eligible to participate free of charge.
