Additional Information
Provides Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in an intensive outpatient treatment program, with weekly individual therapy, weekly skills groups, and phone coaching. All therapists provide in-person and telehealth services.
Services are available for adults and adolescents (ages 14-18).
DBT is an effective treatment for people who have difficulty controlling their emotions and behaviors. Common diagnoses and symptoms include:
- Self-harm
- Suicidal ideation
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Trauma (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder)
- Borderline Personality Disorder
