Free or low cost legal services help people who are unable to afford a lawyer get access to the court system.

Provides professional legal representation with affordable rates based on income and household make-up
Sliding-scale fees are available to qualifying clients with low and middle incomes and will obtain "in forma pauperis" status for persons who qualify due to economic ability for reduced court fees.
