Domestic Violence Support Services
Support program focusing on domestic abuse of individuals by their spouses or partners
Description
This program provides support to people in abusive situations and works to reduce relationship abuse, intimate partner violence and family violence.
Programs may include crisis intervention and domestic violence education and prevention.
Additional Information
All services are provided in Spanish and English.
- Assistance in applying for orders for protection and accompaniment through civil court process
- Assistance in reporting sexual assault or domestic violence to local police and accompaniment through criminal court process
- Safety planning
- Referrals to relevant community resources such as shelter, mental health counseling, legal assistance, and support with residency or status-related needs
- Free 24/7 crisis line in Spanish and English for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault Assistance applying for reparation due to victimization
