The Program to Improve Community Oral Health (PICOH) provides in-clinic oral health prevention and education for children age 0-12 and pregnant women oral health programming. Education and materials are presented in the patient's own language, whenever possible.

Most insurance plans are accepted including Medical Assistance and all MN Care Plans

If you do not have dental insurance, Community Dental Care offers a discount program called "sliding fee scale." This discount program is based on family size and income.
