This is a privately owned building that provides rental housing to income eligible households that is lower than the market rate rent for the area. This type of affordable housing assistance may have additional eligibility requirements.
Additional Information
The City of South St. Paul offers two high-rise buildings with public housing, and affordable 1-bedroom apartments. These properties do not accept Section 8 Housing Vouchers. To comply with Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations, both high-rise buildings are smoke-free.
