Description
Food is distributed to those who need it. The emergency food is typically made available through donations.
Additional Information
Clients may visit the food shelf once a month for staples and canned goods. Each member of the household will receive 15 pounds of food monthly. This can be taken all at once or spread out over the month. You may visit once a week for perishables such as produce, bread and refrigerated items. Eggs, cheese, butter, milk are limited to one each per week. All other items are unlimited.
Additional service include:
- Nutrition assistance program for seniors with monthly boxes of staples
- Weekend food program for children in the Chatfield school district
- Bundles of Love for new babies with a bag of baby supplies
Donations of food and financial support are welcome.

Open to residents of Chatfield and the surrounding area. There are no income qualifications.
