Eligibility

In order to receive car repair services, individuals must:

• Live in Anoka County
• Age 21 or older
• Very low to moderate income
• Car insurance on the vehicle
• Driver's license with current address
• Car registered in your name
• Not able to assist with non-running vehicles, transmissions, engines, and other major repairs
