South Washington County residents

Users can only apply for vouchers every 12 months.

Application Instructions

The first step is for the social services professional to fill out the contact form. Staff will then send you instructions on how to access the Voucher Program Registration. Once submitted, an intake appointment is scheduled to determine eligibility for the thrift shop. Once the need is established, voucher dollars are based on need.
