Advocates provide help from the time of an incident, through the court process, and emergency shelter period, if needed, until women and families are able to live independently in their own safe new homes.
Criminal Justice Intervention advocates provide advocacy to victims who have an active case in the justice system and monitor the system's response to domestic abuse at all stages of the process.
