It is the nation's only high speed intercity passenger rail provider.

Minnesota offers train (rail) stations at the following locations and offers trips between them:

• Detroit Lakes
• Duluth Transportation Center (connecting bus line)
• Red Wing
• Rochester (connecting bus line)
• St. Cloud
• St. Paul Union Depot and Minneapolis- St Paul Airport)
• Staples
• Winona

Train stations are also in La Crosse, Wisconsin and Fargo/Grand Forks, North Dakota.
