Provides outpatient mental health diagnosis, treatment, and consultation by a mental health team
Description
Mental Health Clinics provide outpatient mental health services for individuals with mental or emotional disorders, and other psychiatric conditions.
Services include:
- Intake and case assignment
- Mental health evaluation including assessment and diagnostic process
- Treatment planning
- Counseling services, consultation and individual therapy case review
- Access to emergency service
- Access to hospital admission
Some providers also provide rehabilitative mental health services, and some may also provide services to persons with developmental disabilities, alcoholism or substance abuse.
Mental Health Clinics also provide educational, informational, and preventive services to the community.
The mental health team includes:
- Licensed physician who has completed an approved residency program in psychiatry
- Doctoral clinical, counseling, or health care psychologist
- Clinical social worker with a master's degree in social work from an accredited college or university or clinical psychiatric nurse with a master's degree

Serves children, adults and families who may be experiencing social, behavioral or personal challenges and offers mental health and chemical health (substance use disorder and recovery) services using a trauma-informed, whole-person, whole-family integrated approach.
Provides outpatient mental health assessment, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psychological evaluation and therapy for children, adolescents, adults and families.
Southeast Asian Services is a mental health program serving Hmong, Cambodian, Laotian, and Vietnamese immigrants and refugees living in the Twin Cities east metro area. Services include:
- Adult Targeted Case Management
- Adult Psychological Testing - assessments, personality testing, cognitive testing, adaptive functioning
- Adult Psychotherapy
- Assertive Community Treatment
- Center for Social Healing
- Bilingual staff
Provides outpatient co-occurring substance use disorder and mental health treatment ranging from low to high intensity. Specialized in assessing, counseling, and treating adults 18+ and their families with individual and group treatment available in English, Hmong, and Karen languages.
Includes a staff person who is trained in Trauma Focused - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Wilder accepts private insurance coverage, Medical Assistance, MNCare, Medicare, private pay and offers sliding scale for those who are uninsured or underinsured.
