Community and Family Resource Center
Staff within this organization are available to help families with children connect with supportive services in their local community.
Description
Staff help families learn about the wide variety of services and supports that may be helpful, make referrals on behalf of families when needed, and check-in with families until navigation services are no longer needed.
Resource centers may have staff that speak a variety of languages, that live in the local community, and represent similar cultural, racial and ethnic backgrounds of the families they serve. Agencies may also offer direct services in addition to navigation support.
