The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is a 24/7, toll-free suicide prevention service available to anyone in suicidal crisis or emotional distress. If you need help, please dial 988.

The line provides immediate assistance to anyone seeking mental health services. Call for yourself, or someone you care about. All calls are free and confidential. Service also includes a Veterans Crisis Line.

Features a chat function called "Lifeline Chat" for those who would prefer to receive services over a computer. Chat is available 24/7.

Includes specific resources for Spanish speaking, veterans, deaf, hard of hearing, hearing loss, disaster survivors, youth, loss, LGBTQ, and attempt survivors crisis line.
