Transportation program that provides rides for people in and around their community
Additional Information
Shared ride service for qualified individuals with disabilities.
Dial-a-Ride is available 7 days a week for those who are unable to ride the regular fixed route bus system. It is a door-through-door driver-assisted transportation service.
- Users of Specialized Service must complete an application process to determine eligibility before using the service

Eligibility
To be eligible for Specialized Service an individual:
- Must be unable to board, ride, or disembark a Fixed Route Metro Bus, or access the Fixed Route system due to a combination of a disability and physical barrier (i.e. distance to bus stop, terrain, etc.)
- Use a personal oxygen supply or ventilator
Application Instructions
Advanced reservations required. Must be certified to use.

An in-person interview to determine eligibility is also required. After eligibility is approved call (320) 252-1010 up to 7 days in advance to schedule a ride.
