File a civil rights violation complaint Note that very few cases are selected and cases are not accepted by mail, phone or email.

Please do not come to the office seeking legal assistance. There are no attorneys who can meet with people in person. If you need help, you must file a written complaint through the complaint form online.

Any legal complaints sent in via email or phone will not be considered.
