Wraparound is a way to support families who face challenges related to mental health issues or other complex needs.

• A child and family team develop an individual collaborative plan of care
• Services are based in the child's community and are reflective of the child and family's culture
• Wraparound teams meet to plan, brainstorm, implement, and monitor goals identified by the family and team members. Teams include both service providers and friends or family members
