Application Instructions
Clients are asked to fill out "The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) Eligibility Form" required by United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
By doing this, they are stating that they are eligible to receive TEFAP commodity food because they are a Minnesota resident and they receive certain assistance programs or their income is 300% or less of the Federal Poverty guidelines.
