Coordinators connect individuals to well-child care and screenings for eligible newborns, children and young adults
Description
Preventive care keeps kids healthy! Coordinators at these agencies help individuals know if they are eligible for services and connect them with local clinics and agencies that provide comprehensive well-child exams. These exams include age-appropriate preventive, dental, mental health, and developmental screenings.

Additional Information
Child and Teen Checkups are complete health screenings for children ages 0 to 21 years who are on Medical Assistance. Screenings include:
- Height and weight Physical exam
- Hearing and vision Immunizations
- Development Health information
- Nutrition Lab tests
- Dental referral
