Eligibility

Adults in the Twin Cities metro area looking for employment.

To qualify for Twin Cities R!SE, you must:

• Be able to work legally in the U.S.
• Be at least 18 years old
• Be willing to work full-time (32+ hours)
• Have a personal earned income of no more than $29,160 in the previous year
• Demonstrate English fluency and basic literacy
• Have no criminal sexual conduct crime or arson charges
