Program that works on behalf of individuals and/or groups to make sure that they receive the benefits and services for which they are eligible

Additional Information

Provides advocacy and support to persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities and their families

Services include:

• Referral to resources and information
• Accompany individual at team meetings or meetings with other professionals
