• NorthStar Families provides on-going support and interventions to pregnant and postpartum people and families who are dealing with substance use disorder.

• The Healing, Outreach, and Perinatal Encouragement (HOPE) Group offers a safe environment to navigate the roller coaster of emotions that many families experience during pregnancy and after birth.

Offered as part of the Family Home Visiting program.
