Additional Information
NorthStar Families is for families who may be struggling with substance use disorder or are in the spectrum of recovery.
The Healing, Outreach, and Perinatal Encouragement (HOPE) Group offers a safe environment to navigate the roller coaster of emotions that many families experience during pregnancy and after birth.
Offered as part of the Family Home Visiting program.
