Coordinators connect individuals to well-child care and screenings for eligible newborns, children and young adults
Description
Preventive care keeps kids healthy! Coordinators at these agencies help individuals know if they are eligible for services and connect them with local clinics and agencies that provide comprehensive well-child exams. These exams include age-appropriate preventive, dental, mental health, and developmental screenings.

Additional Information
Infants should see their medical provider for preventive health care at least six times during their first year. Children should have an annual health check-up starting at the age of 3 - 20 years.
