Short term help for basic needs like food, shelter and transportation
Eligibility
Applicants must have a stable income, ability to pay ongoing rent and agree to 6 or 12 month follow-up interviews to measure progress.
Application Instructions
Rental assistance applicants must be screened in person or by telephone to determine eligibility.
Description
Offers cash or other short term aid to people in a crisis that is affecting their access to basic needs
Emergency assistance can vary based upon eligibility and available funds.
Additional Information
Provides short to medium term crisis rental assistance
- Crisis Team Staff provide advocacy, housing search assistance and connection to other community resources.
