Description

Supportive services for expectant families typically include:

  • Birthing and parenting classes
  • New baby education
  • Nutrition education
  • Lactation and breastfeeding support
  • Access to basic needs (diapers, car seats, baby clothing, formula)
  • Referrals to community services

Additional Information

When you start your care at Face to Face, you will be connected with a Case Manager who will get to know you, find out your needs, and keep your information confidential.

Your case manager can help you with:

  • Applying for insurance
  • Transportation to appointments
  • Housing referrals
  • Food shelf resources
  • Women, Infants and Children (WIC) referrals
  • Clothing closet

For pregnant and parenting youth, they provide wrap-around care which includes case management, doula support, prenatal education, resources, and support throughout the pregnancy
