Provides information, resources and support to individuals with Down syndrome, their families and their communities:

New and Expectant Parent Support:

• Parents First Call Program
• New and Expectant Parent Guide
• New and Expectant Parent Connect Groups
• New Parent Support Line- Available via text or call, 365 days a year: (651) 231-8932

Family Connector Program

• Provide support, assistance, and quality referrals to individuals with Down syndrome and their families as they navigate complex systems like healthcare, education, and county services
• Connect individuals and families with partner programs and community resources, including financial resources through DSAMn's Financial Assistance Program

Direct Programming

• Bike Camp
• Performing Arts Programs
• Employment Skills Programs
• Social Programs
• Self-Advocate Conference
• Community Parent Groups- geographically based and culturally based
• Statewide Parent and Educator Conference
