Provides information, resources and support to individuals with Down syndrome, their families and their communities:
New and Expectant Parent Support:
- Parents First Call Program
- New and Expectant Parent Guide
- New and Expectant Parent Connect Groups
- New Parent Support Line- Available via text or call, 365 days a year: (651) 231-8932
Family Connector Program
- Provide support, assistance, and quality referrals to individuals with Down syndrome and their families as they navigate complex systems like healthcare, education, and county services
- Connect individuals and families with partner programs and community resources, including financial resources through DSAMn's Financial Assistance Program
